About IHP Solutions
IHP Solutions GmbH transfers technology, products and IP from the Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronicss (IHP) to the industrial world.
Bringing the innovative technology of the IHP to industry and worldwide research clients - that is the mission of the IHP Solutions, established in 2015. The SiGe BiCMOS wafer fab of the IHP allows the IHP Solutions to offer foundry services for application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) for customer desgins on multi project wafers (MPW) or engineering runs. In addition, IHP Solutions offers various packaging, measurement and testing services.
Fields of Activities
IHP Solutions is committed to provide services and support in the following areas:
- customer-specific ASIC design development and demo-systems
- foundry services of ASICs in IHP’s SiGe BiCMOS technology (production as MPW, engineering runs and low volume production runs, measuring, packaging and values added services)
- industry access to IHP’s IP and patents
Quality Management

IHP Solutions has implemented a Quality Management System for all processes related to providing technical services to prepare, produce and further process silicon-based solutions and for all processes related to the transfer of technology and research results.
In June 2017 the QMS was certified for the first time according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
