IHP Solutions offers customer access to IHP's world-record SiGe:C BiCMOS technologies with special integrated RF modules as well as EPIC devices.
The offered technologies are especially suited for wireless and broadband communication as well as RADA applications in higher GHz frequency bands, e.g. in the mmWave region. The provided integrated HBTs have cut-off frequencies of up to 500 GHz.
Additionally, EPIC modules are provided to monolithically integrate components from a full photonic device set for c/o band with CMOS and HBT devices up to fmax of 290 GHz.
Besides technology access, we offer basic IP blocks like VCOs, amplifiers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, VCSEL drivers, TIAs, digital interfaces and control blocks (e.g. SPI) and photonic devices like embedded photodiodes, waveguides and modulators as well as complete analog and mixed-signal IC designs.
