IHP Solutions GmbH was established in August 2015 in Frankfurt (Oder) as a 100% subsidiary of the renowned Leibniz research institute IHP – Innovations for High Performance Microelectronics.

IHP Solutions is responsible for the transfer of IHP’s research results to industrial partners and into commercial applications.

IHP Solutions is the commercial and industry-oriented interface for customers to IHP’s world- leading research results in SiGe BiCMOS-technology and manufacturing facilities for custom-designed ASICs.

IHP Solutions is committed to provide services and support in the following areas of technology transfer to customers and interested parties:

• access to IHP’s IP and patents
• products from IHP or IHP Solutions
• customer-specific developments like ASIC designs or demo-systems
• foundry services of ASICs in IHP’s SiGeBiCMOS-technology (production, measuring, packaging, logistics)

Internally, IHP Solutions also supports IHP’s patent portfolio management and supports researchers in founding their own a start-up companies based on their research activities.

IHP Solutions is committed to comply with the Corporate Governance Codex for the participations of the State of Brandenburg in companies under private law.
